Massive Foundation, established in March 2010 under the flagship project “Massive Grooming System,” is a unique welfare organization committed to empowering individuals through education and skill development. Founded by the visionary duo Tariq Javed and Farah Tariq, the organization has successfully groomed hundreds of students in high-demand fields, enabling self-reliance and sustainable growth.

Tariq Javed is the founding force and visionary behind Massive Foundation. His journey reflects resilience, social commitment, and a deep belief in the transformative power of human dignity, awareness, and opportunity.

His mission was shaped by firsthand observation of the social, educational, and economic struggles faced by underserved communities especially children, women, youth, and vulnerable families with limited access to education, support, and direction.
